After having Springfield put a set of Dawson adjustable fiber optic sights on my XD45 Tactical, the gun no longer fits into my Blackhawk Serpa holster. The front sight is simply too high. Actually I also have an XD40 Tactical with the same sights and it too will no longer fit.

Blackhawk pretty much told me it's not their problem.

Have any of you found a duty type holster that works with the above combination?

The Blackhawk holsters seem to be the only holster that have trouble with the tall Dawson sights. If you get a holster made for competition, you will have no issue since many run with adjustable sights and a tall front sight.

Old School came up with a Safariland that will work too. Can you tell me what type of Blade Tech you are using?

Any of the Blade-Tech holsters will work.
