Thunderwear Holsters?

I've been starting to look into different holsters since I'm in the process of getting my CCW. I've looked at IWB holsters, and I will definately be getting a Galco Jackass shoulder harness also. Here in Texas, open carry isn't allowed, so I have to get something for concealed or when I'm not driving. Today on Ripley's believe it or not (rerun), I saw Thunderwear holster. They were showing it holding pepperspray, stun gun, etc, but I knew instantly what it was really made for. I was just wondering if anybody had any experience with these or knew how well they worked and felt? I have a Springfield XD-45 Tactical, so I'd have to use the full size one made for large frame pistols. Here's a link to the holsters, tell me what ya'll think http://www.thunderwear.com/holsters.asp . They have some testimonials where people talking about their large pistols being comfortable in them, but you can never tell if they're legite or not. Thanks for all the help.

I like the tuckable High Noon holster "Split Decision" for my XD45. http://www.highnoonholsters.com/index.html. Sorry about the glare in the mirror.

That's a nice holster, but their website says that it won't fit my tactical model. I'm looking around on their site for some that might work. By the way, are you left handed? I wasn't sure, but the way it was canted, I thought that you might be left handed. Anyway, thank you for your suggestions.

No, it's right handed. I was facing a mirror when I took the picture, hence reverse what you're looking at.

They claim that it does allow you to sit comfortably. In their testimonials section, they have some people who carry the size of pistol that I do, and say it allows them to sit comfortably. I don't necessarily trust testimonials that are from someone that I don't know personally or on a product's own site. This is why I was wondering if people had any experience with it here. I might end up getting one Thomas, and if I do, I'll be happy to let you know how it works and feels.

Yes, I can sit comfortably with my feet on the floor. I just wouldn't cross my legs for very long. Granted, I sit down somewhat slow and rise the same way, but once sitting, there's no digging in at all. Also the butt doesn't print outward either. Being only the 4 inch service model and the 15% cant on the holster, there's not that much hanging below to dig in.

I use a thunderwear holster if i know I will be doing any amount of sitting down. I cant say its the greatest invention ever, but it works well for my SC. I have the "medium" size which barely fits the SC so you will definitely need the largest pocket size. If I am going to be walking any distance I use an IWB holster because the thunderwear can be a ball crusher with prolonged repetitive movement. Often I will wear both, the thunderwear is a convenient place to keep cash reserves, it just looks funny when youhave to retrieve anything

I carry with a clip draw and holster as well. I don't know about carry in the front- How about sitting down. I've heard about spandex type material tending to bounce around with a medium to full size pistol.
