Copsplus?

Anyone ever ordered from Copsplus? They seem to take forever and I just read several critiques from various sites which is making me uneasy about my purchase.

By the way, its my first post here. Hello everyone!

Welcome to the forum. I ordered some clothing items from them several years ago, and it took about a month. Got what I ordered but the wait was annoying.

About a month huh? Thats pretty pathetic if you ask me! Well, theres no turning back now ( I also hear customer service is poor). I'll just have to wait it out. Thanks for the input!

If you are looking for Duty Gear, may I suggest www.thedutyrig.com. It is owned by a couple of cops in Northern Illinois.

Send a message via AIM to Unbeliever
I bought a few hard to find items from Copsplus last year, and they arrived within a week, no problem at all. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Ill definately keep dutyrig on my list of places. Thanks.

As for shipping within a week Unbeliever, its been saying "forwarded to our distribution center in MI" for just over a week now.

*edit: Order status now says it's on back order. Big surprise.

Long wait? 5 months and counting from Beretta (clothing)

Just had to chime in when I read this thread. I ordered some jeans from the Beretta catalog back in May. It's mid-October as I write this.

To be fair, they told me in May that the jeans would be available in August, and I said, "Sure, fine, I'll still want them then, charge my credit card...." But I've called and sent e-mails (both of which are hard to do, since the Beretta website positively discourages direct contact with BUSA), and so far all I've gotten back is one "How'd we do?" cust. service eval. questionnaire. Guess how I rated their customer service?

I've asked over at the berettaforum about Beretta cust. svc. involving firearms and related products; the couple of people who responded hadn't had problems getting parts for their 92FSes.

YMMV and all that.

I've been ordering stuff from Grant @ grtactical.com. Prompt shipping, great prices (price matching) and excellent customer service. I bought an EoTech 552 from him got it quick. I just put in an order for a LaRue Free Float Forearm 7.0 and some Magpul ranger plates and orange followers.
