Its a camera case originaly. Very nicely padded on the inside and rigid on the outside.

Another prop for Chuck's bag (Shooters Connection).

The absolute best thing about this bag is the inner bag that can be lifted out. On many occasions when I dont need everything in my bag, I toss my ammo and score sheets in this bag and carry it to each range bay while the big bag stays in the trunk.

I use my truck, personally.

Go to a gunshow and look around. You'll find something you like.

The mother of all range bags, and it isn't even a range bag:

I only carry the XD and the KT to the range most of the time, so I use an Eddie Bauer Tactical Diaperbag. It looks a lot like my Craftsman tool bag but the top has 2 zippers instead of one. You can't tell it's not a range or camera bag.

I'm heading to the range tomorrow.

Just realized all the guns, gear, and ammo won't fit in the Jeep Cherokee.

So tomorrow I'm using the 12 passenger Dodge van.

Actually that bag in your link isn't even half the size of the bag my daughter uses to haul her shooting gear.

each rifle has a $20 hardcase from big 5 that holds the rifle, scope, ammo and accessories. For the pistols they ride in the tool bags from Walmart and the XD45 is always on hip, thigh or shoulder. (I never go to the range without at least one weapon loaded and ready)
Parts, tools and crap go in a Plano Tackle box from Walmart. everything has it's own little compartment that won't spill even if it falls upside down.

I use the i-SHOT Pro-Shooters Bag. Plenty of room. Handguns are protected well. Scott sells them at Pistol-Gear, however I think they be out of stock at present.
