Belt report

About a month ago I purchased a belt from Bob Kitchener of Dangerous Threads. This was an eBay buy from his online store.

http://stores.ebay.com/Dangerous-Threads

This is a thick, heavy single-ply belt that supports my fully loaded 1911 quite well. It is 1 1/2" with a substantial roller buckle. I've also worn it with my Blade-Tech and hs2k. There is no sag or pull away from the waist, and virtually no movement. Although single-ply has a tendency to stretch more than a two-ply, the thickness of this belt should keep it to a minimum. It is a no-nonsense, plain flat black belt with substantial snaps to hold the buckle. It also is available in brown and burgundy.
The cost is $18.00 plus $4.50 shipping. If you're looking for an inexpensive gunbelt, you could do much worse, IMO.

My nags came up for the photo shoot...

Thanks for the review! Looks pretty decent for the cost.

There's something comforting about looking over in the middle of the night, after your eyes have adjusted. There on the night stand, you see three green dots in a triangle pattern. Either the mouse sized Sam Fisher or my 40 tac with TFO's is there when I need it.

I suggest looking at the Wilderness Frequent Flyer belt sold by Gunner's Alley if you're interested in a ballistic nylon material. This is a comfortable and supportive set-up.

I took your advice and bought their belt. Never thought I would find an affordable gunbelt. Thanks
