I usually use my tucker texas heritage holster:

but wanted to show you a little waist pack i picked up for my digicam. it fits my bersa .380 and XD 9 SC pretty well. some pics of it to follow show it on my hip, w/ XD and bersa, drawing XD... tons of room for extras (3 mags shown, camera would work fine... couldn't show that b/c i was taking the damn picture)

sorry the pics are so huge and kinda blurry... did this in a hurry last night.

one this to note: there's that big fold down flap for the OUTER compartment but it does NOT block instant access to bigger zippered component.

also, this pack came w/ webbed dividers in the main pocket. i cut the center webbing so it doesn't block draw. there's still 2 dividers in the pocker, there just not connected making a 3rd pocket.

questions/comments would be appreciated!

haha!! finishing up first year of vet school and finals are next week. i've pretty much retreated from civilized life for the last 2 weeks. have to post here or i'm gonna end up carrying on conversations with the dogs or some goddamned volleyball like Tom Cruise in that movie...

Good idea! I just bought one of these from Ebay (new), During the hot summer months, nobody at the campground would even suspect I'm packin' total concealment. I just hope it expands enough on the sides for the longer grip on my service. I think it will.

i was wondeirng about that...

theoretically, though... could that conceivably ever get you into legal problems? example: Kalifornistan approves all guns for sale in the state (something like that... i assume most states have a somewhat similar if hopefully much more lenient policy). Would making that mod fundamentally alter the gun and open you up to prosecution for illegally altering your gun?

i know it goes back to the "judged by 12 over carried by 6" but i don't want any xtra trouble should i ever need to defend myself.
