Hats off to High Noon

I just wanted to give public kudos to High Noon Holsters. I was looking for a holster for my new XD45 that would be easier to take off than a pancake style, and more secure than a paddle. I have a Galco Matrix for it, but I don't care for the "slide" type holsters, that expose the slide/barrel area. Galco has what they call their "Side Snap Scabbard" which I thought was ideal, but at the time didn't list it (don't know if they do yet, either) for the XD45. While cruising the web the other day I checked High Noon's site and lo and behold, they have their version of this holster, called the "Snapper," and they have it In Stock and for the XD45. I placed an order for the unlined version, mostly 'cuz I'm too poor/cheap to spend extra for the lining. It came day before yesterday, and when I pulled the bag out of the box, it has "LINED" on the bag...I looked and it is, in fact lined. I looked at the packing slip and it says "LINED - NO CHARGE." This holster is perfect. It snaps on and off the belt easily, is extremely comfortable, quite secure, and protects my gun the way I want it to. I have a Smith & Wesson M & P coming soon, and I'll be ordering another of these for that one, too.

If anyone is looking for a quality holster, you can't go wrong with High Noon.

I have the high noon holster for my XD-9 sub as well as my S&W M&P. These are simple but very comfortable and effective holsters. I recommend them. Best for the price.

Send a message via MSN to Epic Ed
I will be ordering something from them soon. They are one of the few that make holster for my Steyr M40, and I love the variety of styles on their site.

How close does it hold the gun to your body, do the snaps pull it up tight like a belt slide?

Thanks
Jeff

just so everyone knows, the "Snapper" is NOT available for the XD sub-compact even though there website says it is. I found out the hard way when i tried to order one and Scott from Highnoon emailed me immediatly saying they do not exist for the XDsc.
