I bought a sling for my AR from them. Took a long time, then it was the wrong color. From what I understand, I was lucky. Do a search for them on the various gun forums like ar15.com, etc. I think it's a pawn shop with an online store, and no inventory.

I do like my non-Serpa Blackhawk holster though.

The trick with Botach (the owner's name, by the way) is to CALL in your order, and have them check to see if the item(s) you want are in stock. Do not accept backorders. If they have it in stock, the chances are good that you'll get it. Otherwise, misery ahead!

I ordered two shelves for my VLine Closet Vault from them.
When they still hadn't showed up after a month, I emailed them about it.
Three days later, they responded to say that sorry, they're on backorder.
A month later, I emailed them and told them to cancel the order, as another online retailer got them to me that day, three days after I ordered them.

Everyone buying anything online should first check Reseller Ratings.com. Here are the comments and ratings on that vendor. Not good. Sounds like one of the NYC ripoffs. There are many. http://www.resellerratings.com/seller4061.html

Ordered a Versipack on Feb 6th. After a month I emailed and got a response from "Gabby". She said it would be in soon. I waited another month and then she said it would ship by the end of the week. That was March 27th. Still nothing.

I must have been one of the lucky ones then. I purchased my TLR-1 tac light from them and it arrived within 2 weeks, pretty much the exact time it said it would be here. Actually may have been less than 2 weeks.

If you do a search on SIGFORUM.com you will find a lot of negative info on them. A few people get lucky and have no problems, but personally, I would not order from them.

When I called them for a follow up problem I got a voice message asking me to leave my name phone number it took a few days for them to reply.
