Trijicon Night Sights
Anyone have these on their XD's??
Opinions? I can't decide between these or just waiting for the re-vamped TFO's in May. Lex in NC |

i recently purchased a used 9mm SC with these sites and i really like them. it's my first experience with night sites so take that with a grain of salt.
they work very well, IMO. i have the green. the only thing i MIGHT consider changing would be to have the front site a different color, if that's possible. i think that might give me faster/easier alignment but then again, i have the sites but have never fired in the dark, either. |

In low light conditions you can't go wrong. They are great even with a light. Best thing attached to my XD9!!! I would rather have the 3 dot site not the default 2 dot that comes standard.

I really like my Trijicon sight. It is alot bright than the rear PT sight I currently have installed. I like the TFO's that are installed on my buddies XD alot. I probably would wait if I was gonna do it over again. But then again there is always something bigger, and better after you drop $100

I'm leaning towards waiting for the TFO's in May...we're 1/2 way there already.
I liked the tFO's I had before. Never played with the Trijicons..heard they wash out in bright light.....can't say the same for TFO's. Lex |

Well in bright light you got the white outer rings which themselves are better than the stock. But you don't get the color difference that you would in low/no light. I got the trijicon front and a PT rear and there is a huge difference in the brightness of the sight.
