blackhawk serpa xdm/xd question

I have a dm bullard dual carry that fits both my xdm and xd45c .it was made for xdm but fits both although cant get a good a grip on 45 working on surgery for that now but i want a OWB retention serpa does anyone know if 1 holster will fit both if i order for the larger (xdm) and still get the positive click retention or do i have to buy a seperate 1 4 each thanks

I know my serpa works with both my XD's as the service fits exact and my tactical just sticks out about an inch.

I just bought a Blackhawk Serpa Sportster today and made the retailer pull out an XDM and an XD9mmSC so that I could see right then and there that both will work in the holster.

Surprisingly, they do. The XDm has a little more "slop" because the slide narrows at the top further than the XD does, but other than that...well, I'm wearing it right now with my XDm and it's great.

blackhawk serpa worked well for my XDm and my XD .45c 4" and 5"

with the m, i had to tighton down the screw a little bit, and loosen it with the .45.

i bought the one for the XD .45 btw

also, i added a single layer of the soft side of velcro, where the trigger guard is, check out my posts for links to some previous threads for more info if you want
