Extended base pads for the XD
I just got back from the shop and the new Canyon Creek extended base pads for the standard frame XD are looking great. The 9mm will hold 23 rounds for sure. The surprise was with the .40, I figured 15 rounds was going to be it but it held 16 rounds easily. Good news for the the shooters who want to use their XD in Limited Division. I'll try to get some photos up of the prototype pads later. Magwells are also in the works for the XD.

I picked up the prototype magwell to go along with the the extended base pads. The magwells will be available in aluminum and stainless steel, they should be ready in a few weeks. They will be attached with epoxy. The alum. magwells will get a hard coat anodizing in black and silver to start.
