Is the finish of this holster the rough or smooth out kind?

It's smooth on the gun side. On the back side is a sewn on cloth like saddle blanket. May be a little itchy against the skin at first but that goes away.

Thanks, I have a cover up plus for a different gun and it has that "itchey" material on the outside also. I have to wear an undershirt with it.

I have carried my sig in the answer for 2 years now and LOVE it. I carry for work so I need the best and Tucker makes the Best.
I had him make the cant on mine a little futher foward than his standard one. I cannot say enough Great things about the answer, It has been a life saver.

Matrix is only $21.99 and a perfect fit...

I got the matrix and the xd gear

Both fit all perfect - but if your looking for concealed carry the Matrix is awesome - it looks like boned leather, and it's black. My favorite thing is the design of attacked keepers for belt loops that lets you put it on AFTER you already put on your belt, omg I have done it too many times lol

Best of luck with your holster selection - Personally I think $100 dollars is a bit steep - but just my 2 cents...
