Oklahoma Lawmaker Caught Again with Gun in Her Purse at State Capitol
OKLAHOMA CITY -- A state lawmaker who gained national notoriety with an anti-homosexual rant was stopped from entering the state Capitol Wednesday when she was found to have a loaded handgun in her purse, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said. Patrol spokeswoman Chris West said Republican Rep. Sally Kern was not charged because there did not appear to be any "malicious intent" behind her actions.... [Associated Press, via gunpolicy.org ]

at least she was arrested.
but she wasn't fined because - however illegal - there was 'no malicious intent.' who wants to post bets as to how fast 'joe citizen' would have been locked up for "trying that?" i got dibs at 60:1 he would have been busted and fined/jailed on the spot. "terrorist activities" the charge.
