what do you think happened during prohibition. Prohibition is another analogous example of why the war on drugs and gun control are dismal failures

I vaguely recall in some states accidentally unconcealing can be a felony and I know I read a story about a guy getting arrested and gun seized when the wind blew his jacket open or something along those lines. On it goes. Innocent people caught up in the gov't's web of nonsense. Violent people likely should not have guns. Having a felony conviction doesn't always make someone a violent peron. I think it's too early to be pressing that issue, but it was bound to come up sooner or later.
