Send an email to npca.org expressing your feelings regarding guns in Nat'l. Parks. That's what I've done. Bitch about it where it counts not just on these forums.

Illegal or not, I carry loaded when I go backpacking in both state and national parks. I dont like the fact that Mountain Lion attacks are running in the 3-5 per year in the local mountains. I will do everything I can to protect myself. When I get close to civilization, I simply toss it in my pack... I know its wrong by the letter of the law, but when has the lack of ability to protect myself ever been right?

national parks can be real dangerous, meth/weed farmers and dealers, wild animals, rapists, and killers, you wont be found for months if they do find you
