California Bill Would Restrict, Licence the Sale of Handgun Ammunition
Guns don't kill people; bullets do. Mainly bullets from handguns, the source of 60 percent of murders in California. And yet the sale of handgun ammunition is unregulated in the state. Felons, gang members and others who are banned from possessing handguns can buy as many rounds of bullets as they want, no questions asked. its ok, the perps will just drive to Vegas where ammo flows like milk and honeyy, then drive their stolen car back to the hood and pop 'dem caps.
