yeah, Glock is huge...as the saying goes, you can't fight city hall. This guy is probably looking for a quick settlement and has no real intentions of going to court...i expect it will be dropped when glock shows up to court...

The real stupidity is that some money grubbing lawler took the case and there will be some fool judge that will hear it vs throwing it out.

Ummmm, me thinks a well trained ahem.......professional police officer should know that loaded guns are dangerous, all the safety features AND SAFE HANDLING PRACTICES and take some PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Where is Judge Judy when we need some common sense?

this is a "gun" we're talking about here. a vast majority of the country thinks guns have minds of their own. the cop isn't at fault here, it's the evil gun, placed loaded, in the back seat next to a child.

Why the hell was his gun on the backseat? Why did he let his kid have access to the backseat when he had a firearm there?

Isn't there probably a law in Kalifornia about leaving a firearm unattended or accessible to minors, or is that just one of the things on the wish list still. He's likely ot end up with a suit against him for negligence and child endangerment.

Sounds like the guy deserved getting shot, the chances the kid would of instead shot himself are the same. Extreme irresponsibility deserves extreme punishment.

put the responsibility where it belongs, not on the anti-gunner scape goats known as the NRA and gun manufacturers.

The guy should be happy it was a glock and not an XD, then he wouldn't be around to sue.

In an exclusive interview, the toddler said he aimed for the head but was not used to the grip angle.
