that's like saying that people should be alarmed about DC having (supposedly) legal handguns now, yet citing that the ban hasn't reduced (and has markedly increased at various times during its tenure as law) violent crimes.


you're negating your own argument, on the basis of 'the entitlement to be alarmed' about something that (according to what he just stated) is apparently not a cause to be alarmed about.
