US Supreme Court Ruling Enshrines Most Gun Control as Legal Doctrine
In the recent ruling District of Columbia v. Heller, the Supreme Court found that gun regulation is constitutional. While affirming the right of an individual to own a gun, the court ruled that "like most rights, the Second Amendment right is not unlimited.
