Stroke Victim Relaxing Outside Cleveland Home is Killed by Stray Bullet
CLEVELAND -- A stroke victim who had gone outside in his wheelchair to get some fresh air at the urging of relatives was struck and killed by a drug dealer's stray bullet, police said. Two men were arrested Saturday after one of them turned himself in and provided information about the shooting the night before.
