I wouldn't even wipe my A$$ with the NY Times. Even more Americans will die by gunshot? Maybe for once it will be the low life scum dying and not the decent law abiding citizens! Screw the NY Times. Their Motto is: "Never let the true facts get in the way of a good story".

Just one more reason not to read that rag and all the other so called news agencies crap they try to feed the public these days. Scary isn't it?

OMG there will be blood in the streets now that everyone has the RIGHT to have a firearm in their home. We are all going to die. Give me a break.

I can't figure out the logic here. Ummmm, we banned all guns because we had such high crime in Washington DC THIRTY TWO F#(*#$*(#( in years ago. Guess what, they have higher crime now. Ya know it's about time they figure out their great experiment FAILED.

My only regret over the ruling is that Charlton Heston did not live long enough to see it happen.

+1000000000

Let's reciprocate what they tried to do to CCW/CHL holders. All we need to do now is publish the addresses of those who don't own firearms and we'll see how long they last.

These articles are too much fun.
"Notice to readers: Please ignore the proportion of 250million versus thirty thousand (mentioned in the first sentence of this article). You might get a sense for how small the number of "gun crimes" is compared to the number of actual guns circulating. All you need to do to properly understand this article is see big numbers and know that they mean big scary."

It's funny because it's true.

All of that crap is what Hussein Obama believes. Look at his Illinois Senate voting record. He will work to appoint Justices (the next Pres. will probably appoint2 maybe 3) to the court that will quickly overturn the current ruling. 1 more liberal judge on the court and a new case will pop up to overturn this ruling.

You missed the point Being a clueless and bumbling idiot is exactly why he is qualified to work at the NYT. Rather than lose his job I'm sure they reqrded him with nice pay raise.

Yeah, I read last night (wish I could remember the percentages) that since D.C. put into place the ban on handguns, violent crime and murder both have risen sharply!!!

This ruling puts the criminals in D.C. on notice. Law abiding D.C. residents will now be able to excersie their constitutional right to bear arms. Let's see what D.C,s crime rate looks like in says 5 years from this date.

You know, I just had a epiphany. The one thing in common with these anti's is that they want absolute control. They want the high crime and plentiful victims (among other things) to maintain their power over the people.

This is why they are so scared of a legally armed population. exactly why the 2nd was written in the first place.
