Gun Lobby Immediately Launches Challenge to San Francisco Gun Law
Emboldened by today's U.S. Supreme Court ruling affirming an individual's right to possess a firearm, gun advocates said they would immediately challenge a San Francisco law that prohibits guns in public housing. The lawsuit, which the National Rifle Assn. said it would file Friday, was one of several legal challenges gun groups said they would file around the country to enforce the court... What we (California gun owners) NEED to do is collect signatures, so that we can ADD "The RIGHT of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms" to the Ca. Constitution.
