Nearly Half of Toronto's Traceable Crime Guns Came from Canadians
Of 2,603 firearms recovered by Toronto police last year, 817 were classed as "crime guns" -- meaning they had been used (or were suspected to have been used) in a crime, were illegally owned or had the serial number obliterated. About 45 per cent, or 366, of the 817 crime guns were pistols or revolvers, weapons that Mayor David Miller wants to ban, along with evicting gun clubs from city property...
