Although OC is legal in WI according to the law, the police will slap a Disorderly Conduct on an open carrier in the cities. Apparently other peoples' freaking out makes one a criminal..

This is clearly a double standard. It specifically says in Utah's laws that there is no clear law governing OC. This is police harassment!
