Well, when the Supreme Court's ruling on the D.C. Gun Case later this month strikes down (hopefully) several gun control laws, I wonder if that could be the foundation for similar charges against some of New York City's political establishment. Personally, I would like to see NYC's infamous "Gun Court" turned into sort of a museum, not unlike the Holocaust museums sprinkled around the nation. They could have guided tours and exhibts (i.e, "This is where an elderly jewelry store owner was denied his right to keep and bear arms and unjustly given a one-year sentence for exercising his freedom.") Probably wouldn't happen, but would be fair and just. Anyway, there needs to be some political payback over this, I'm thinking.
