Stray Bullet Kills 10yr-old Girl in Albany, New York Street: No Suspects
ALBANY -- A 10-year-old girl was shot to death about 8:20 p.m. Thursday -- apparently by a stray bullet -- as she played outside in a West Hill neighborhood, city police said.
