Judge Won't Allow New York Mayor to Testify Against Georgia Gun Dealer
Saying that he did not want "a media show," a federal judge ruled on Thursday that Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg cannot testify at the pending civil trial of a Georgia gun dealer accused of creating a public nuisance in New York by selling weapons that were later used to commit crimes in the city.
