Licensed Canadian Gun Collector Fired Shots in House, Lost 500 Firearms
SUDBURY, Ontario -- A 76-year-old Sudbury, Ont., man has agreed to give up his cache of weapons and pay a $1,000 fine on three firearms-related charges. When police entered Georgio Bassetti's apartment on Feb. 29, in they found rooms full of hundreds of weapons, ammunition and six gunshot holes in the ceiling.
