Use of any weapon in a threatening manner may indicate abuse or it may not. If you judge people guilty because they have weapons, anyone who can make a fist is guilty. Somehow I think not.

Seriously though, there's nutjobs everywhere. We can't discount the fact that there are some truly disturbed gun nuts out there. Yet, these disturbed people still manage to kill their families without guns. Chris Benoit? Roid raged and killed his whole family without a gun. That sick b!tch, can't remember her name, killed her two kids by driving her car into a lake. Someone go's nut's you're not going to stop them.

I will say the CCW permit has nothing to do with this story so the inclusion of it in the story shows bias.

yeah, and it all happened in a private residence where there is no requirement of license to conceal a handgun, so the CCW permit has even LESS to do with anything other than bias of the writer.

if he had killed a bunch of people out in public, then i could see it being relevant...
