"Why is someone with 17 priors out on the street at all?" he asked. "Leadership in Philadelphia is more interested in rhetoric than in fixing the problems. Jobs, schools, things that need to be fixed. And keeping bad guys in jail. If that costs money, that costs money."
This is what it comes down to, right here. Holding people accountable, not the firearms.

Nutter is a scum bag tool...he signed a Philadelphia law banning assault weapons and limiting handgun purchases to one per month. It's a violation of the PA constitution and was immediately over turned. He should be ousted from office for knowing violating the constitution as he said something to the effect of "we have to do what we have to do. Gun control measures are failing at the state and federal level."

What'd he do? Took matters illegally into his own hands. Eff him.

The scumbags that shoot cops don't really care whether their guns are legal or illegal. They don't much care that shootings cops is against the law. They do it anyway.

Criminals don't care about laws; only the law abiding do that. If all firearms were outlawed tomorrow, the gangbangers, the drug dealers, your domestic terror types would still be armed.

The anti's just do not get it!

and with all the greatness of gun bans, let's look at what the last 'domestic terror' event was perpetrated by...

...assault boxcutters will be next.

"There is absolutely no reason that anyone should be carrying around military-style assault weapons," he said. "I mean, we saw what a weapon like that did to a human body. I mean, I own guns and my sons and I hunt as well, but I don't have assault rifles or anything. There's no need for it."
Oh really? You saw what a "weapon like that did to a human body"? I wonder what the wound would have looked like if the cop had been shot with your bolt action .308 that you use for hunting

between the mis characterizations about guns and the lying the media does, no wonder we live in a country that is afraid of gun wen it once embraced them.
