Yes, laws alone can't stop gun violence....but we should pass more laws to stop gun violence.

Tell that to the innocent woman that just shot a potential rapist...or better yet to the innocent woman who couldn't because she was prevented from carrying a gun.

any criminal will tell ya - the laws are a joke. give 'em $50 and an hour, they will come back with a gun.

Thankfully, McCain's gun stances are more tolerable then the commies running on the dem side. But he does love to be surrounded by libs, so it may not matter. Join the NRA

This kind of stuff makes me sick. Democrats love making laws restricting gun rights because it makes them feel like they are doing something right. The fact is they aren't because they don't even know what they are doing. Yea ban handguns they say because that will make the murder rate go down. Obviously, doing that just keeps guns out of the hands of people that would use them for protection and fun. Criminals will always be able to obtain guns if they really want them. I could go on more but just read my signature.

What I dont get, is that this clown has done nothing to address, the enforcement of existing gun laws. If criminals are put (and kept) away and locked up, that just might make a dent in the violence issue. But no, liberal scum like Obummer like to take a "one size fits all" approach to the problem. Inner city problems need to be delt with in a different way than dealing with crime where I live out in a rural area.

Put the criminals away, enforce the existing laws that work....

What is so hard about this concept?

It's the same thing with illegal immigration. no new laws are needed. just enforce the current ones.

instead they choose to punish the good guy. i am happy i live in a state with very loose gun laws. when i moved to America from New York - i was shocked when i learnt how loose they are here.

I think 46% of las vegans have legally owned guns.
