DONT SWEAT THE SMALL S--T ANY MORE THAT IDEA WENT BELLY DOWN WHEN CLIENT # 9 (SPRITZER ) WENT SCREWING AROUND AND GOT CAUGHT BEST THING THAT COULD OF HAPPENED HERE IN NY STATE HE HAD SOME WIERD GUN AND AMMO IDEAS THAT HE WAS GOING TO TRY TO SLIP BY US BUT HE GOT SCREWED ALL RIGHT ALL THY WAY AROUND GOOD RIDENCE TO HIM

It'll never pass. NY has spend many millions of dollars on its existing ballistics database (when you purchase a firearm, a spent shell casing also must be provided in NY).

Amount of crimes it has helped solve = ZERO.

This from a state who has a new governor that worked on legislation requiring police officers to not shoot to kill...how stupid is that? Who shoots to kill? You shoot to stop the threat. You can die from a gun shot would to any area of your body...people are just generally stupid, especially politicians who think they're experts.
