Pistol Poker and Dot Shooting

Has anybody done this and are the cards still available. The poker was 5 shots on a card, with random playing cards, best poker hand wins. Dots were 10 sets of 3 dots, caliber specific, hit all 3 dots score 3 1x, hit 2 score 2 etc.

I just recently saw some game targets like this at my local Bass Pro range. They had three or four different targets that had a game theme. I didn't see them until I was done at the range, but put it in the back of my mind to look at them again next time I'm there.
