Another unhappy customer

Another unhappy customer

I ordered 2 sig 220 1911 from grabagun on 12/17/12. They charged my card that day. Order says still processing. If its still processing, dont charge the card!
I have tried calling multiple times and phone disconnects after 5 min of hold. Multiple emails.
I have ordered many times in past from them without problems.
Pretty frustrated right now.

They are probably flooded with orders due to the gun/ammo scare. You're not the only one who is waiting on items to be shipped. Relax I'm sure in time they will get to you. If you're that upset about it you can always call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Allow them time to process your order. It's mail order. If you wanted it sooner, you should have walked to a gun store and paid the premium.

Hang in there.

Yeah, I work down the street from where they are actually located. I stood in there while buying (oddly enough, an XD-M 4.25 9mm) last week, and their phone rang non-stop for the time I was in there. They were amazingly packed for their small store front. I've purchased a few items from them (for me, it's great, I just walk in and pick it up ) and have had great experience.

In fact, their system is so backed up, I got an email from their inventory system stating my XD-M was ready for pickup 3 days after I walked out of the store with it.

GMCadoo - I've ordered a few guns from Grabagun over the last few months without any prob's. They've been wonderful to work with. With the holidays and panic buying, this may have caused some delays. I'll PM you the guy I work with over there. He's been great.

It's probably a hold or pending charge not an actual charge. They do that so when the gun is shipped out they don't get screwed on you not paying. Pretty common.
