I was putting it off for months and finally did it. I just got my confirmation Email.

I wanted it and had no reason not to. I just drag my feet on things... lol I had other things to worry about I guess.
once I get it I suspect I will find out I should have gotten it when I first decided I wanted it.

yeah, ill never carry a gun a day with out glow-on now. ive done my friends gun and im doing all my dads Saturday, and my moms the next time im at her house.

the XDm I don't really have issues with because the white dots are pretty easy to see. the old battle rifles though... the front sights are difficult to see so imma light them up orange.

well... I don't consider what I have done to be a "success" just yet.
the orange is pretty much as described. REALLY COOL for about 30 seconds until its dead. i need to clean it off my .40 and put the green on. 
somehow I was hoping the orange would be bright orange all night despite the video showing it doesn't last. I knew it wouldn't but I had a bit of hope so any disappointment is on me.
the green does really well though. I just don't have anything to show the pics I took doesn't pick up the glow.

this is about the best I can come up with.
I mixed it up again and shook it for a few minutes.
I had my sights clean with non acetone finger polish remover and picked the fail orange out then cleaned them again.
shook the glow on again and applied it into the depressions for the sights.
its been dry about 12 hours at this point. I hope it improves. but hey at least its bright enough the camera picks it up now.
