Hi Jason,
I am glad to hear that you were on good terms with my posting. I have actually gone and sent my slide today to your company. I look foward to seeing the end result. Sinerely, Teky0101 |

I have TFOs on my XD9SC and had the front site tube fall out after almost a year w/ 2 thousand or so rounds, and couldn't find it. Took it back to the shop where I bought it and they replaced it free of charge. IMO a great product.

I've had my TFOs for about 2 years now and they're still bright and I've never had any problems with them what-so-ever. I'd be willing to bet that they have 20k rounds with them on too.

I would call Jason or Bill ASAP before they send the TFOs to your house. Tell them you want Gilbert's to install them. You will then have to send your slide to Gilbert's. I suggest Priority Mail since it's faster/cheaper. You'll pay $15 for install and about $8 for shipping back to you via UPS. That's it.

I too just shot the front fiber out of my sight. I am not at all happy with the Truglo TFO sight. This is my carry gun and these sights are 6:00 sights? I want my carry gun dead on! Don't think I'll buy another Truglo!

According to the manual, even the standard sights are 6 o'clock, right?
