BTW Jason and Gilberts are great. Got my TFOs quick, my first mag kit from them quickly too!

One thing I would highly recommend would be keeping the customer informed via email and or allowing them to log on to your website to check the status.

Like an order has been placed, order has been shipped, tracking number ext...

I don't even remember exactly what day I placed my order, what my order number is, or if it's been shipped yet. And haven't get a response via email since I sent it last Thursday.

Perhaps I'm just spoiled by all the companies that do provide this.
