I have been off for a couple of days due to 11 + inches of snow ( which we typically do not get in Ky ), so I have been revamping several areas of the web-site. I apologize to anyone that attempted to visit while the site was down. But there are several exciting new changes coming soon (very soon) and I think everyone will like them

I added a Product Review portion for each and every item on the site. Here is where I can use your help. If you get any extra time and would like to write a short review of a product I would really appreciate it. This isn't particularly a thumbs-up or thumbs-down for Gilberts (although any positive comments I would appreciate ); but it is designed to give customers an idea of the quality / features of a product. So, please be accurate & balanced, and write what you think of a product, it will help to make better informed buying decisions for other customers in the future. I will have moderator control over these fields, so if you like a product or don't like a product please state it, but please do not be offensive. Anything I assume is too personal, political, or simply out of line will not be posted.

Again, I do hope some of you all will take a second to write a quick review. Simply find the product you own, click on the product to bring it up and then click the "Write A Review" link

Hello Again Everyone,

Again, I really do appreciate everyone's business. It does mean a lot to us. So, please let me know if there is something out there that you like, but we are not carrying. There are thousands of products out there and it is tough for us to stay on top of all of them ; so please do not hesitate to suggest an item for us to take a look at. We are always open to our customers ideas.

And thanks again to those of you who contacted me and said you would be willing to help kick off the "product ratings" section of the site. It is appreciated.
