Man I wish those things weren't so damn expensive. I really want an M1A of any type but have a hard time shelling out more than a $1,000 for a rifle. Someday.

I noticed a guy looking at one in Turners today. $1,999.99. Now this is CA but come on! While it makes me feel a little better about I paid for mine, it seems lame.

They are expensive, but they are also superb rifles. YOu can still get basic ones in the $1300 range, but the Scouts and Socoms are simply more expensive rifles. If you save up the extra money and buy a quality m1a I do not think you wilol be disappointed
