Do you have a gun shop you regularly deal with in So CA (LA or OC) area that doesn't charge $100 for the transfer? Your prices are better than the few local gun shops in my area (Orange County) that I've checked. But they all want to change $100 + for the transfer.

I'm looking for the all black XD 40 CAL, I'd love the M series but they aren't CA certified.

We do ship to California. We will ship to any dealer with FFL, they will simply need to fax 502-227-2233, or email sales@gilbertsguns.com , us a copy of their FFL & CA ID. Once we get that info and your payment we will ship the item out to you

Mr. Gilbert, I am looking for the XDm 40 and went to you website but it reads "Not For Sale In CA, MA, NJ, NY, or DC". Why? I thought you shipped to Ca.

He can only ship legal items. The XDM isn't legal in California, at least not for private citizens.

I am looking at springfield xd sub-compact 3" but I see some ads that say "not legal in CA" and then I saw a pdf on the SFA site that says "XD9801SP06 is the model# for a CA legal version"

what is the difference between the CA legal version of this gun and the not CA legal? hi-cap versus 10 rnd magazines? or is there something more?

Highap Mag options are not legal in CA. If capacity is greater than 10, you can forget about it in CA ~
