I would be more inclined to believe his review if he didn't use caps for every negative comment about the xd, that alone proves his bias way before having to analyze anything else. That story sounded more like I'm mad because my new XD just rocked the block and I can't stop crying so take these exaggerations of hate and let me try to convince myself.... wah!

I own 3 Glocks and 1 XD. I can say that the XD's frame feels no more higher quality than the Glock frame. I have an XD45 because the G21 and G21SF are both too thick for my hands, and I wanted something similar to Glock, but in .45 ACP that I could wrap my hands around. Glock makes a proven line of quality semi-automatic pistols, but everyone is entitled to their opinion, and this is mine.

You simply cannot debate Glock's tried and true dependability, but that is not to say there is no other quality pistol that can be as every bit reliable as a Glock handgun.

Yep, because 80% of the kids going in there are "Clueless" & listen to the "BS" from the Guy behind the counter that claims he know's & he's the "PRO" ...LMFAO.

Actually, the sales are similar in my local gun store. XD outsell Glocks and the salesmen in that store are very neutral. They don't stock guns that they don't trust (but they will order you anything you want). I've never heard them bad mouth anything they sell. . . still XD's keep flying out of the door.


I have nothing against Glocks either, but I keep meeting armed professionals that do.


Anyway, we all know which gun is the best in a gunfight. . . . the one you're holding!
