Trigger Upgrades??????????

Hey yall new to the group and I was wondering if there were specific upgrades that I can do to my XD40??? Budget : under 100 bucks.
I should tell you that I love the way it fires already but just something to make it easier for the old lady to aquire the target faster.

Thanks

Welcome to Springer Precision LLC - The XD/XDM Specialists

has a great trigger system. If you can find an old kit I show how to install it on www.brainlubeonline.com and there is one other that I cannot remember

Hi and welcome to the forum. You could try my Basic Easy Fit kit ($47.00 shiped). It reduces the take up overtravel and reset.

The Springer Kit is a great option, but is not under $100. The Powder River is your best option for that price range.

I don't see how a trigger kit will "make it easier for the old lady to acquire the target faster" though.

BTW, welcome to XDTalk!

For this you might want to look at upgrading the sights rather than the trigger.

Already upgraded to the Truglo TFOs basicly she refuses to shoot anything but her 22 so i guess I' ll just let her keep practicing till she quits complaining. She says it jumps to much. But thanks for the help.

The 40 is snappy for many ladies, a proper grip/stance will help a ton. I would focus on that...

Yea but its kinda hard to try and teach her like the Marines taught me. For some reason she doesnt like to be yelled at.
