For the past two months I have been looking into purchasing a new pistol. I have checked the R&D of different gun manufacturers.. i.e. Glock, S&W, Springfield, Colt... checked the prices on different firearms. I was initially looking at getting a S&W Sigma .40, but after talking with a couple of friends I started looking at other manufactures plainly enough... the XD40. I was speaking with someone about the XD and he plainly told me not to even bother with it, to get a Glock over the XD. Now to say that I have even shot the XD and the results were execellent. I have posted in a couple of different areas on a couple of different subjects,
but now I need some advise. I know one of the other members stated that you can get addicted to shooting plastic. This is not my first "plastic" gun. I have read all the post on this forum, have soal searched and came to the conclusion that the Glock toten dudes WILL not respect any other gun manufacture when the product can out shoot better than them.
