XD's - what MAJOR issues have you had to ship back to SA for?

When I first bought my .40 Tactical a couple of years ago, it did not like the FP bullets I was using. I'd get a failure to feed every 3 or 4 rounds. I sent it back to Springfield and they polished the feed ramp. When I got it back it still did the same thing. I had put about 2000 of the FP bullet through my Service model with no problems. I switched to a RNFP bullet and never had another problem after over 5000 reloaded rounds.

Not a major problem, but the only one I've had.
