brief update
Got started on the trigger work, redid the stippling. Got the trigger almost done, but right now for some reason the seer is not resetting. Trying to figure that out at the moment. but, in the meantime, some new eye candy
tapping the trigger bar for the overtravel stop. (having a fully stocked machine shop at your disposal is nice )
redoing the stippling work (much better by the way. )
that's all for now. I don't want to post much more of the trigger work because.... well, since it ain't working presently, you probably shouldn't do what I'm doing.

The stippling looks a lot better.

Does this really make a difference? Or would a rubber grip help out more. I would think that this would wear on your hands while at the range. It does look don't get me wrong. I am just trying to understand how this helps.

The more and more I look at it, I get curious what it would look like if the light rail was removed. Do you think there would be enough polymer left to take the beating at the front of the frame?

If I understand correctly... stippling is supposed to be like grip tape, but a "cooler" design.

Basically. Just allows you to grip the gun better specifically when you get schweaty.
Some stipple jobs look cool but I could NEVER bring myself to do it to my own guns.

Once you stipple the frame, you will need to go back with some fine sand paper and remove/soften the areas that rub and cut. The plastic does get sharp and it will cause blisters.
For me, I love and prefer the feeling of a stippled grip. Nice work, Tony.
