After the XD 45 ACP service change my mine on plastic guns and after a great XD forum member took me to my first USPSA competition, plus pressure, envy, and desire to get another XD. I foltered my 1911 habit and got a second XD!!!

XD 9mm Tac! (Tactical) I can't believe I paid more for the XD 9mm TAc ($489), than I did for my NIB 45 ACP Service ($425). The Retailer said XD prices have gone up, inclusive to the Mag's.
Last time I purchased the magazines for the 45 ACP for $22.97, Now He has them for $39.00. He also mentioned that the Tac's (tacicals) 9's are hard to come by. I think I got ripped! But waht the heck...I traded in a POs Bersa Thunder and a taurus PT 145 plus some cash.

No you didnt get riped, they are goin up in price. They are $500 for any model where im at. mags for $40 though is nuts. Cheack the sponcer, or Midway. Much cheaper.

XD-45 Mags at $39US and I thought my local dealer was high at $29  Glad we can buy online from really good people.

Congrats. I think you made a sound choice. But then again, I'm obviously a fan of the 9mm's as well as the .45's. Enjoy!!!
