All except for the compacts and sub compacts. xd to xd and xdm to xdm.
Someone correct me if I'm off base here.

Almost, the .45s are different. The .45s are larger in the XD and XDm lines.

XD-45 is more "different" than larger.
I've measured all this time after time, the XD frames are all the same dimensionally except for grip length ( as in the sub compact and compact 45 vs the Service ) and of course the length of the dust cover depending on what barrel length you have.
The only differences in the 45 is the grip is more square and right under the trigger guard the grip is deeper front to back, the rest of the grip below that area is the same as the other XD's. My 40 slide will go right on the 45 frame, but the internals of the two frames are different so you cant swap and shoot, same for the subbie, different on the inside, not the outside.

I wish there were a way to get just the slides  I guess having multiple guns is good too though

Sig tried it with the 250 to an underwhelmd audience, I think folks realised you still just have one gun no matter how many parts you can swap.
