Just picked up another XD
Since my wife has decided she likes to shoot my XD-9 sc, I bought an XD-9 Compact. I bought it through Gallery Of Guns and had it delivered to a LGS. I paid $441 out the door. I'm heading to the range tomorrow to put a couple of hundred rounds through it.

I've been calling it an XD compact but it's actually XD Service 4" (Gallery of Guns listed it as a "compact").

I spent the morning at the range with my two XDs. I love the new one! It didn't take me long to start nailing the 10 ring at 7 yards. I bumped out to 10 and was still able to put most inside it. They had a Glock 22 for rent so I tried it while I was there. I didn't do too bad but couldn't quite get the feel of it in the amount of time I had. With enough practice, I think I could get as accurate with it as I am with the XDs.
