Talking New toy!

Whoohoo...I just picked up my third XD in about a month. I have now added a sub XD9.

Does anyone thing this will work for a conceal carry? I am thinking it might print.

If you duct tape it to your back (think Die Hard 3 ) it might work out ok!

Good luck with the really long mag. I bought one and I had nothing but problems. But I do love my SC 9mm bi-tone.Although it does jam into my side some times whhen I carry. I am thinking of getting a 3 1/2 1911 ( S/A loaded, Kimber cdp)and then have a smith do a bob tale.

Really? The promags looks cheap and feels really cheap too but I have used it several times on my 9 service and so far no problems with them at all, which surprised the hell out of me.

While I haven't tried the 30+ round.. the ProMag 20rd has worked fine in my XD9s.. and at $20 a piece you can't beat the price.

I havn't used those in an XD yet, but I've had nothing but trouble with 30-rnd mags for beretta 92s and S&W("walther")P990s.

I have the Promag 32round Mag for the XD9. It jammed up a lot. But during the last visit to the range I ran a full mag ok. It's just a fun mag, but I wouldn't trust my life to it.

Imagine rapid firing that sucker only to have it fail to eject.

So jealous. I'm in CA and this gun every 30 days crap sucks. I can't handle it. Maybe's it's a blessing in some ways, i'd probably go out and get like 4 XD in addition to my 3 if it weren't for that. Saves me money I guess

Congrats. I'm moving.

I know exactly what you mean. I lived in Cali for about 22 years and that is why I never bought a gun while living there, it was a hassle. But you are right about the saving money part . How's that mosquito working for you? It looks like a pretty sweet 22.
