Shameless XD(M) Pron
1 month in on my first ever pistol deserves some pics. Disregard the Sig I just got, I'm going broke over the cost of 45 ACP. 
The ugly stainless guide rod is getting swapped back to stock once the TLR-1s arrives.

I've put ~1500 rounds through this gun and it does everything that I could ask it to do at this point (minus the sights). I do love my W-German SIG as well, but I'm waiting on the XDs for my carry weapon. They are going to produce these at some point are they not?

I fired 1500 rounds in one weekend...an advanced pistol class. OP, nice pistols, btw.

My XDm .45acp 4.5" is my EDC weapon in a Theis Hybrid Holster  Every time I shoot the gun, I love it even more. Shoot yours in good health. BTW, I wish I could run 1,500 rounds through my XDm in a month. I'm envious of you for that.

The price of .45 is probably the one thing preventing me from jumping on a .45 purchase in the near future.

Thank you all for the replies guys. I'm quite proud of my XDM and I feel that I have good reason to be. As for the 1 month round count, after math, I figure it was closer to 1300-1350ish and it was about 5 1/2 weeks after the FFL xfer. The fact of the matter is that I cannot afford to do that, that was basically my tax return, and it's the reason that I picked up the Sig 226 in a 9. I did also invest in reloading equipment (cheap, Lee) to reload 45 and put one box down range thus far. 9mm dies should be coming shortly, but I haven't shot that Sig nearly enough to have much of a brass collection. I'm putting the finishing touches on the 226 after I had converted from a 10-12 lb DAO to its current DA\SA 8-7ish action, waiting on a comp trigger kit from GraysGuns and then I figure I'll primarily shoot the 9 at the range. The 45 is now my home defense weapon, my "when I need to" range gun, and my pride and joy when out with friends.
Zombie Attack?!? We're looking into that...
